The DEVAUX firm was created in 1984 following the acquisition of the management portfolio of Mr Pierre SCHEYER. After continuous development, thanks in particular to the trust placed by its clientele, the takeover of Cabinet LIETZ in 2003 also contributed to the creation of a structure now recognized in the Nancy area in property management.
Member of the National Federation of Real Estate (FNAIM), the firm is also a member of the Real Estate Guarantee Fund (CGAIM) which grants it its surety for an updated amount of € 3,560,000 for property management .
Specializing in the administration of property, the management of condominium associations and buildings of character, the company assumes the rental management of approximately 1,800 lots including a significant proportion of commercial and professional premises. There are also 80 co-ownership syndicates that are administered in the agglomeration.
Benefiting from a rigorous and computerized organization, the firm uses the software CRYPTO ORGANIZER ° in order to perfect the follow-up of all the events which punctuate the profession of administrator of goods (historical by building, mandates, tenants, files, suppliers ... ).
